  • We recently had our heating and air conditioning unit replaced by Patriot Air. We highly recommend Eric Lipp and his crew for the following reasons: 1. They always showed up on time. We put this first because it is indicative of the way they work. They kept their promises to us at every step of the installation. 2. Neither of us like climbing on our roof. Eric went up on our roof and took pictures of our old unit to show us what the problem was. He spent over an hour explaining why we needed a new unit and what he recommended we replace it with. He patiently answered all our questions even when we asked the same question multiple times to make sure we understood the intricacies of what he was proposing. 3. A day after installation was completed (which, we again stress, was completed within the time frame we were told it would take), Eric, without our prompting, called us to say that he wanted to return because he had been thinking about the installation and decided that some work that had been done needed adjustment. We were astounded by this display of integrity. He didn't have to return. We were satisfied with what had been done. 4. Eric and his crew cleaned up the work site and disposed of our old unit as well as old piping and electrical work from the old unit. Without reservation, we recommend Patriot Air.   • What can I say...AC unit started acting up last night. Reached out to request service for the next morning and Eric was there at my door around 8AM. After some troubleshooting, he found the issue and fixed it in about 30 minutes. The part he replaced was under warranty and the only charges were for actual labor (and the price was more than fair!). He also took the time to explain what was wrong, what he needed to do and answered the questions I had. I now have a go to person for both my primary residence and my rental properties.
